achieved and create a nutrition and exercise regimen

As part of the Model and Pageant Physical Training routine
our world renowned Trainer, Tony Miro will perform a
personal fitness assessment on all the contestants and or
models that includes: circumference / girth measurements, 9
regional skin-fold body-fat analyses, nutritional analyses,
postural alignment imbalance analyses, blood pressure,
cardiovascular VO2 testing, strength testing & flexibility
testing. These tests will determine where you are
physically, where you should be and how long of a time frame
it would realistically take to get you there considering you
follow your individualized program. Based on these results,
Tony will custom design an individualized fitness program
catered specifically to those people's fitness goals, eating
habits, discipline level, basal metabolic rate, blood-type,
etc... Each program will come with a workout split outlining
the days you have resistance training with the trainer and
which days you have to do cardiovascular maintaining your
target heart rate between 65%-70% of your maximum heart
rate. You'll also have your fitness goals outlined with the
realistic time-frame it would take to accomplish them and
you'll also have a specifically designed nutritional program
catered for that individual.
